Teaching Assistant Required

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusion Team at Pink Tile Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and personal development of our students, including those with special education needs.

Working closely with our experienced teaching staff, you will provide support in the classroom and work with specific students across all subject areas. Your primary focus will be on supporting students to achieve their personal best, while also contributing to our provision of the highest quality inclusion.

You will have the opportunity to work with students experiencing a range of learning, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, and will be expected to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. As part of our vibrant tutoring team, you will also have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Experience of working within a school environment or with young people
  • The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
