Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to grow distribution, volume, and profitability within a portfolio of On-Trade accounts.
- Take ownership of aligned territory and have the autonomy to make decisions that drive commercial results.
- Retain and grow AB InBev share and sales within Regional Wholesale Partners and Pub Companies.
- Build a deep knowledge base of brewing processes, beer types, and styles to develop our brands and enhance consumer and customer experience.
- Manage annual individual customer planning, promotional evaluation, and customer sell-back.
- Execute call cycles and administrative duties, including territory spend and budget management.
- Build strong business relationships with Regional Sales Managers, key customers, and consumer groups.
- Possess a passion for the beer and food industry, with experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., bar work, waiter/waitress experience) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong business acumen.
