Maths Intervention Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Maths Intervention Assistant to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves. As a Maths Intervention Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing small group learning sessions to GCSE and A-Level students in Haringey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality maths tuition to students in small groups, focusing on GCSE maths.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to support students who require additional maths support.
  • Develop and implement engaging maths lesson plans to cater to different learning styles.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve maths education.
Requirements:
  • Strong maths background, preferably with a degree in maths or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Passion for maths education and a commitment to student success.
