We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to remain happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and bathing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients.
- Help with everyday tasks, including cooking, light housework, and accompanying clients on outings.
- Support clients in accessing their community, including accompanying them on drives, walks, shopping trips, and appointments.
- Competitive pay rates, including £11.50 per hour for Monday to Friday (9am-5pm), £12.80 per hour for evenings and weekends, and £25.60 per hour on Bank Holidays.
- Consistent client interaction, with a minimum of 1-hour calls and client matching.
- A full-time position, including every other weekend off.
- Additional financial benefits, including mileage compensation, travel/waiting time, and a paid day off on your birthday.
- Comprehensive training, including induction, Alzheimer's, Dementia care, and Parkinson's training certified by City and Guilds.

- A UK driving license and a car are essential.
