Key Responsibilities:
- Design a range of marketing collateral, including online advertisements, social media visuals, and corporate presentations.
- Work in partnership with the marketing team to convert marketing initiatives into striking designs.
- Ensure a cohesive brand image by following established design standards and brand protocols.
- Keep abreast of design trends and new technologies to improve design effectiveness.
- Engage in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute original design concepts.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Essential Skills:
- Degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- Experience within a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals, typography, and layout principles.
- Ability to produce visually appealing designs that support marketing objectives.
- Excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, innovation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in motion graphics, video production, or UI/UX design is advantageous.
