Job Summary:

Thomas Grant Recruitment is seeking a reliable and flexible HGV Class 1 driver for a general haulage job based in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have a valid HGV Class 1 license, a clean driving record, and experience with container transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a HGV Class 1 vehicle for general haulage purposes
• Transport goods safely and efficiently
• Meet delivery deadlines and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
• Comply with all relevant traffic laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 license
• At least 2 years of experience as an HGV Class 1 driver
• 6 points or less on their driving license
• No IN or DR codes on their license summary
• Recent hours on their digi-tacho card
• Current CPC qualification
