We are seeking a visionary Director of Adult Social Care to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving transformation and improving outcomes for our most vulnerable citizens.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join Derbyshire County Council and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As Director of Adult Social Care, you will be responsible for leading a large operational service, working closely with our Director of Health and other senior leaders to deliver a resident-focused service that tackles the challenges of the future.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the senior leadership team in adult social care and health
- Drive transformation and improve outcomes for residents
- Work closely with partners to deliver a resident-focused service
- Empower colleagues to work with residents to develop solutions that best suit individual needs
