Job Title: Programme Director, Client Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead our client solutions team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes and will be responsible for providing strategic direction and management to our client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Leadership: Provide strategic direction and management to our client-facing teams, ensuring that programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of programme managers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver programmes successfully.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business growth strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all programmes are delivered to the required quality standards, implementing quality assurance processes and procedures as necessary.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to our clients and stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed of programme progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading large-scale programmes and teams.
  • Client Management: Experience of managing client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Business Development: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Experience of implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
