Position Summary:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and managing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints. Your responsibilities will include planning and allocating resources effectively, ensuring all departments receive the necessary project information for seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct communication with clients through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for successful project delivery.
- Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within financial limits.
- Assist in defining project objectives and scope, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.

- Manage modifications to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification methods.
- Evaluate project performance utilizing suitable tools and techniques.
- Meet with clients to gather detailed project requirements and specifications.
- Develop documentation such as spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to capture project needs.
- Prepare and compile invoicing documentation upon project completion.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in signage is essential.
- Proven background in project management is required.
