Engineering Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Supervisor to join our team at our Nairn facility. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production units and maintaining a safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to achieve optimal production performance.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the engineering manager to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND/C&G or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
