We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Function at Diligenta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring that all risks are effectively mitigated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercially driven solutions to employee relations issues, ensuring consistency and equity in all decisions.
  • Lead on casework escalated to ACAS and/or Employment Tribunal, mitigating risks and minimizing costs.
  • Respond to and coordinate the employment tribunal claims process, working closely with the ER Manager and Diligenta's employment lawyer.
  • Identify and communicate issues and risks to the business, escalating as necessary to the Strategic People Partner and ER Manager.
  • Assist in the development and analysis of company policies and procedures to ensure proactive response to issues.
  • Provide technical expertise to managers and the People function, supporting business change initiatives.
  • Facilitate and manage the settlement agreement process, ensuring risks are mitigated and appropriate sign-off received.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing the full spectrum of Employee Relations processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law, with the ability to provide commercially driven solutions.
  • Experience in coaching and developing individuals on People and ER-related matters.
  • Ability to coach, support, challenge, and influence decisions to effectively negotiate sensitive, pragmatic, and commercially focused resolutions.
  • Skilled in leveraging data insights to drive positive outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, adaptable to all levels of the organization.
