The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Technical Underwriter to join our team at Get Recruited Ltd. As a Senior Technical Underwriter, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing a portfolio of complex risks that fall outside the standard model.

  • Up to £60,000 based on experience.
  • Hybrid working- 2 days a week in the Dudley office.
  • 26 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Fully planned, immersive training plan.
  • Death in service.

  • Free parking.
  • Support in achieving your Insurance qualifications (ie, CII)

Key Responsibilities
As our Senior Technical Underwriter, you will be responsible for:

  • Securing new business and retaining renewals for large-scale Property and Liability risks.
  • Developing and managing broker accounts alongside our Key Account Managers.
  • Serving as a technical referral point for scheme business.
  • Leading the development of underwriting guidelines and procedures.
