We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Dialysis Clinic Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Dialysis Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our dialysis clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
- Manage the clinic's budget and resources effectively
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
- NMC registration with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing
- At least 5 years of experience in haemodialysis, including 2 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008
