A reputable law firm in London is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its esteemed team at G2 Legal Limited.

You will work alongside experienced lawyers, gaining valuable experience in contentious probate and estate dispute matters.

This firm is a well-established player in the legal industry, with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services to its clients.

Matters you will advise on and assist clients with as a Contentious Probate Solicitor include:

  • Estate disputes, including domicile and inheritance issues
  • Will validity challenges and disputes
  • Inheritance Act 1975 claims and TLATA disputes
  • Professional negligence claims relating to wills, trusts, or tax advice
  • Contested Court of Protection proceedings

To be eligible for this role, you must have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience as a UK-trained and qualified solicitor.

Additionally, those who are part of ACTAPS are welcome to apply, but this is not a prerequisite.
