Job Title: Head of Clinical

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Head of Clinical. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in the development and delivery of our clinical services.

About the Role

The Head of Clinical will be responsible for leading and managing our clinical team, providing strategic and technical advice to clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services. This role will require strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of clinical development and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the clinical team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies and plans, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide technical and regulatory advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical development and regulatory affairs.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing teams.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development and regulatory affairs, including relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
