Role Overview

In this position, you will oversee a designated area of the production facility, ensuring adherence to customer specifications, manufacturing standards, legal regulations, divisional guidelines, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance the capabilities of the Quality Assurance team through the implementation of a technical strategy.
  • Track departmental key performance indicators, adjusting team activities to meet established targets.
  • Plan and manage resource allocation to fulfill necessary quality assurance tasks.
  • Lead and execute projects aimed at improving business efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field with a focus on Food Science or equivalent experience.
  • An intermediate Food Hygiene certificate (level 3) and level 3 Health and Safety certification.
  • Experience in a food production environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and related technical software.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation principles.
