About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Smart Repair Technician to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. As a key member of our Dent Repair Division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring all PDR / Smart Repairs are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repairing minor and major dents using traditional and glue-pull technology
  • Preparing damaged panels for repainting by minimizing body-filler requirements
  • Assisting with other associated tasks as required
  • Diary planning and deadline achievement
  • Customer service levels and satisfaction scores
Requirements
  • Experienced PDR / Smart Repair Technician with demonstrable skill-levels capable of completing complex repairs to the highest standards
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining the company's core brand identity
  • Full and valid UK driving licence
