Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Surveyor to join our team in London. As a key member of our commercial property team, you will be responsible for delivering valuation advice across various property assets, including offices, retail, and education sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver valuation advice for financial accounting, tax planning, and strategic asset management purposes
  • Conduct formal Red Book valuations for a range of clients, including investors, developers, and landed estates
  • Provide consultancy advice on asset management and development appraisals
  • Maintain strong sector knowledge and stay up to date with local and national market trends
  • Build and maintain client relationships with a diverse portfolio
  • Manage department databases and contribute to efficient project delivery
Requirements
  • Degree or masters degree (2:1 minimum) in a relevant field
  • RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
  • At least 12 to 24 months of practical experience in commercial property and valuations
  • Proven experience in conducting valuations with strong sector knowledge
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 09:00-17:30
Friday: 09:00-16:30
