Procurement Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the Purchasing Manager in the procurement of all stock materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Purchasing Manager in the procurement of all stock materials and services.
- Maintain product availability and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure high-quality products.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels of required items.
- Work with the Purchasing Manager and Scheduler to ensure efficient placement of purchase orders.
- Communicate any supply chain issues and implement solutions.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers as required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
About You:
- Experience of working in a similar procurement role.
- Previous experience of using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
