Key Responsibilities- Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Engage with guests to share your knowledge of beverages, enhancing their overall experience.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting as a Bartender or Mixologist.
- Strong knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails, with a passion for creativity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding guest service.
- Possession of a personal license is advantageous.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, showcasing your personality while serving guests.
