**Job Title:** Academics Graduate Teaching Assistant - Science Specialist

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Location:** Harrow

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Science graduate to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and students during lessons, building rapport with students with specific needs, and implementing strategies to nurture, engage, and raise attainment in their secondary years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher and students during lessons
  • Build rapport with 5 - 6 students with specific needs and implement strategies to nurture, engage, and raise attainment in their secondary years
  • Provide 1:1 Science tuition sessions supporting your subject specialism
  • Run intervention groups in your subject area to build their knowledge of the subject
