Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production processes and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement (CI) within the facility to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Analyse production data to identify areas of improvement and streamline processes.
  • Manage and motivate large manufacturing and production teams, delegating tasks to ensure equal distribution, provide guidance and support to those in need.
  • Experience working within an OEM producing detailed electro/mechanical sub and final assemblies using the latest advanced manufacturing techniques.
  • Experience with managing industrial relations, health and safety, customer service, manufacturing, productivity, etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a large business (MNC's), complex manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, OEM etc.).
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a large team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret production data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
