KineticPlc is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Production Operations Mechanical to lead our production operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, promoting Continuous Improvement (CI) within the facility, and analysing production data to identify areas of improvement and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production processes and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Promote Continuous Improvement (CI) within the facility to enhance productivity and quality.
- Analyse production data to identify areas of improvement and streamline processes.
- Manage and motivate large manufacturing and production teams, delegating tasks to ensure equal distribution, provide guidance and support to those in need.
- Experience working within an OEM producing detailed electro/mechanical sub and final assemblies using the latest advanced manufacturing techniques.
- Experience with managing industrial relations, health and safety, customer service, manufacturing, productivity, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a large business (MNC's), complex manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, OEM etc.).
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a large team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret production data and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
