We are seeking a highly skilled Charity Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our charity team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to promote our charity and raise vital funds for patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing and communications plan to increase awareness and engagement with our charity, hospital staff, patients, supporters, and the wider community.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital staff, patients, and supporters, to promote our charity and fundraising activities.
- Collaborate with our Director to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy, including traditional and digital channels, to promote our charity and fundraising activities.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with our audience and promote our charity and fundraising activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing and communications activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a charity or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of marketing and communications principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
