Job Title: Registered Home Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential care home, catering to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management and a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents, ensuring their well-being and fostering a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the care home, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and implementing best practices.
  • Lead and provide unwavering support to a team of care staff, offering guidance, comprehensive training, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional care services.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each resident, fostering personal growth and independence.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive care environment.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, proactively identifying areas for improvement and initiating necessary changes to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Manage the budget and resources of the care home, optimizing efficiency while upholding an unwavering standard of care.
