We are seeking a skilled MS Project Planner to join our team at Build Space Group Ltd in Kent.
As an MS Project Planner, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing the delivery of construction or renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
This role involves using MS Project, a project management software, to develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and communicate timelines with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Create detailed project schedules, including key milestones, tasks, deadlines, and resources.
- Assign resources (labour, equipment, and materials) to each task.
- Regularly update project schedules to reflect actual progress.
- Monitor and forecast project costs using MS Project or integrated financial tools.
- Generate reports for project managers, clients, and stakeholders, detailing progress, risks, and timelines.
- Identify and log risks associated with the fitout project, such as supplier delays or design changes.
- Ensure the project complies with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
