Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to remain living in their own homes and making a positive impact on their lives. Key Responsibilities
• Provide personalized support to clients to help them live independently and achieve their goals
• Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, showering, toileting, and medication management
• Support clients with outings and activities to promote social interaction and engagement
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
