Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Operations Support Lead to become part of the Directorate of Mental Health Business Management Team.

The Business Management Team plays a crucial role in overseeing contract administration, performance evaluation, strategic planning, service innovation, and capacity analysis, as well as developing business proposals and managing facilities.

This position will closely collaborate with the community transformation initiative, particularly focusing on the Adult Mental Health Front Door. The successful candidate will ensure that service-level data and reporting requirements related to new waiting time metrics are effectively managed in partnership with all relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses working across the directorate, corporate services, and the voluntary sector to:

  • Facilitate the creation of reports and support data provision.
  • Monitor and streamline operational processes.
  • Implement changes to system configurations and develop standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct demand and capacity assessments.
  • Develop performance trajectories and provide highlight reports.

All these efforts will contribute to achieving compliance with the four-week metric and the successful rollout of the Adult Mental Health Front Door.
