Job Title: Construction Manager

Cavendish Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and running multiple live projects in London, with values ranging from £12m-£55m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct all aspects of construction operations, including people, functions, and teams responsible for completing production and commercial requirements of the projects under your remit.
  • Oversee project planning, programme, quality, costs, and design.
  • Oversight of procurement, people, subcontractors, and plant & materials.
  • Project handover.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 7 in Construction/Construction Degree.
  • MSc in Construction Management/Project Management - desirable.
  • Previous experience as a Project Lead/Project Director/Senior Project Manager with a reputable main contractor.
  • Experience working with a reputable Design and Build Main Contractor.
  • Strong IT, communication & project planning skills.
  • Excellent personnel management skills and capacity to build a strong project team.
