Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse/Mental Health Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.
Cygnet Hospital Woking is a CQC-rated 'Good' facility that provides a range of secure mental health services for men and women, as well as an Acute service. Our sister hospital, Cygnet Lodge Woking, offers a high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service and an Acute service for men, extending our care pathway.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse/Mental Health Learning Disability Nurse at Cygnet, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality, while also attending training and engaging in CPD to further your knowledge and promote nursing excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
- Working closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
- Attending all training and engaging in CPD to further your knowledge and promote nursing excellence.
- Administering medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.
