About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our People Team at Redde Northgate plc as the Head of HR - Claims and Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to our claims and services businesses, driving HR excellence and business growth.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our subsidiary businesses' overall objectives and contribute to their success.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and operating board directors to drive business outcomes and support organisational development.
  • Lead on diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of inclusivity and driving business growth through a diverse workforce.
  • Develop and implement organisational development and design initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
  • Substantial experience of delivering HR for a workforce of 2,000+ colleagues, with a strong background in HR business partnering and relationship building.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies and people plans that align with business objectives, driving organisational success.
  • CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working within the insurance, automotive, or contact centre industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex matrixed organisations.
