The Vice Principal: Quality of Education will work with a team of Assistant Principals to ensure that our curriculum is ambitious and designed to give all our students the knowledge and cultural capital they need to succeed in life. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving teaching and learning, and will be passionate about creating a culture of excellence in our school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring it is ambitious and designed to give all students the knowledge and cultural capital they need to succeed in life.
  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement school-wide strategies to improve teaching and learning.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to improve their practice and performance.
