**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Relief Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals in our care. This is a great opportunity to work with a friendly and experienced team in the north tyneside area.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking and cleaning
* Administer medication as required
* Provide manual handling support
* Assist with personal care
* Check in on individuals in our care
* Complete necessary administrative tasks
* Manage minor challenging behaviours
