Job Description
Pertemps Walsall is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing the department inbox, and handling inbound and outbound calls. Your duties will also include processing credit notes and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the department inbox and respond to queries
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a basic understanding of financial procedures and be able to learn quickly.
