Insurance Advisor

At Howden Group Holdings, we're seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with high net worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their insurance needs, risk tolerance, and coverage preferences.
- Collaborate with underwriters/account handlers/brokers to design customized insurance packages tailored to meet the unique requirements of high net worth individuals.
- Source insurance quotes from multiple carriers and negotiate terms to secure competitive rates and comprehensive coverage for clients.
- Educate clients on various personal lines insurance products, explaining coverage options, policy terms, and exclusions in a clear and concise manner.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and pricing details.
- Process insurance applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted to underwriters in a timely manner.
- Facilitate policy issuance and coordinate with carriers to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance promptly and professionally.
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products gained from a similar insurance role (home/property is essential, motor and valuable articles insurance is a bonus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with high net worth clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
