Senior Technical Designer

Bigblue is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Designer to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality Revit drawings and technical documentation for commercial office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical design solutions for commercial workplace projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into construction phases.
  • Provide expert knowledge of the commercial workplace market to inform designs.
  • Lead the technical aspects of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Proven proficiency in Revit, with demonstrable experience producing detailed technical drawings.
  • Experience working at a D&B firm or with a leading architectural practice in London.
  • In-depth knowledge of the commercial workplace sector, including current trends and design best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
