Creative Director, Media

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director, Media to lead our media design team and develop innovative content for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide visionary leadership to the media design team, inspiring them to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
- Develop and communicate a clear creative vision for each project, adhering to the client brief.
- Oversee the development of creative concepts, storylines, and visual elements for experiences, interactives, cruise ships, theme parks, museums, visitor attractions, and other destinations.
- Collaborate closely with executive creative team, writers, directors, producers, and other key stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for content development and brand positioning.
- Maintain high standards of quality and creativity across all projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help team members grow and develop their skills.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent in film, media production, communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the media industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and producing high-quality media content across multiple platforms.
- Strong creative vision and ability to think strategically about content development and brand positioning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Solid understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media production.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
