Welder - Assembly Line Specialist

Wilson Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Sub-Assembly Welder to join their expanding team. This role requires a strong foundation in welding techniques and a keen eye for detail to meet the high standards expected by the company's Automotive Original Equipment (OE) clients.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Using MIG and/or TIG welding equipment to manufacture parts according to production schedules.
- Preparing tools, equipment, and parts for welding activities.
- Tracking works orders and processes via the company's shop floor data systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Performing additional duties as needed.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, pension plan, death in service benefit, eye care vouchers, and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays). They will also have access to a health and wellbeing programme and free on-site parking. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 37.5-hour workweek.
