About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our expanding Project Management Infrastructure team in the North West. You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth within the region and leading impactful infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership & Coordination: Guide project activities, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to established governance processes.
- Client Focus: Understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver exceptional outcomes that exceed expectations.
- Delivery Excellence: Drive outstanding performance across all aspects of project delivery, including safety, health, environment, commercial management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Team Development & Growth: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Business Development: Actively identify new business opportunities with existing clients and contribute to winning proposals.
- Proven experience managing major infrastructure projects (Rail, Highways, Utilities, Aviation, Power).
- Preferred: NEC accreditation.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (Civil Engineering/Construction).
