About the Role

G2 Legal is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor to join our team. As a Construction Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of non-contentious construction matters, including JCT contracts, joint ventures, developments, and forward funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of non-contentious construction matters, including JCT contracts, joint ventures, developments, and forward funding.
  • Work closely with our construction partners and other senior lawyers to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and construction professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in construction law and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • At least one year's post-qualification experience of non-contentious construction law.
