As a key member of the Homelessness Team, you will play a vital role in our mission to prevent homelessness within the community.
Core Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in identifying and securing housing solutions for clients facing homelessness, particularly within the private rental market.
Key Skills Required
Are you adept at supporting individuals in vulnerable situations to achieve their housing objectives? We seek a proactive and innovative individual who can provide essential support to clients in need of accommodation.

Investigative Skills
Your role will involve gathering and documenting information regarding clients' housing situations, determining appropriate next steps to secure accommodation, and actively working to prevent homelessness.

Customer Engagement
While prior experience in homelessness support is not mandatory, we value a positive and confident approach to assisting clients seeking help with their housing needs.

This role demands the ability to handle competing priorities and customer demands efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, making it essential to manage time effectively and deliver quick resolutions.

We are in search of an individual who demonstrates a genuine passion for assisting homeless clients, employing problem-solving skills to address their challenges and collaborating with partner agencies for optimal outcomes.
Work Environment
While hybrid working options are available, regular attendance at our office will be required.
