Join Our Radiology Team

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Radiographic Assistant to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality imaging services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Radiologists, Radiographers, and administrative staff to maintain a high level of service and ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assist with patient transportation, equipment movement, and examination preparation to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and colleagues to provide a welcoming and respectful environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn and grow.
  • Able to work unsupervised and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.
