Our client, a privately-owned company in the South East of England, is seeking a Water Treatment Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have robust industry knowledge and hands-on experience undertaking Water Treatment duties, ideally across the full range of Steam Boiler, Closed Loop and Cooling Tower Systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake a range of Water Treatment duties, such as: Closed System Sampling, Cooling Tower Cleans, Water Sampling, TMV Servicing and Calorifier Blowdowns.
  2. Work with a well-established Water Treatment company, gaining valuable experience and industry knowledge.
  3. Develop a strong understanding of industry guidelines, including ACOP L8, HSG 274 & HTM 0401.
  4. Utilize excellent written and IT abilities to produce thorough technical reports and documents.
  5. Represent the company whilst on client sites, ensuring to provide a high level of service.
  6. Be adaptable to company needs and travel as required.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Water Treatment duties.
  2. Strong understanding of industry guidelines and regulations.
  3. Excellent written and IT abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Flexibility to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
