Your Mission at Elis

As a Supply Chain Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee the Customer Service team to ensure accurate and timely processing of all transactions within the Supply Chain Customer Service team. This role includes placing orders with third-party suppliers for direct delivery to our sites, intercompany orders, and manually placing orders via a third-party logistics and warehousing supplier for direct delivery to our sites/laundries. You will also support the setup of supplier master data.

To ensure accurate and timely processing of all internal customer orders, you will provide an excellent customer care experience in meetings with customers and colleagues. You will execute on customer issues, such as complaints, and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manages debt effectively
  • Flexible and able to react quickly to customer needs
  • Excellent PC literacy (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook)
  • Patient, polite, and courteous
