Job Title: ILS Manager

Job Summary:

The ILS Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering the day-to-day management of effective integrated product support for projects. This will involve designing, developing, and managing the ILS, including planning, coordinating resources, and the support solution for products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and delivering the day-to-day management of effective integrated product support for projects
  • Designing, developing, and managing the ILS, including planning, coordinating resources, and the support solution for products
  • Developing and managing ILS Work Breakdown Structure and schedules
  • Analysing the support requirements within a bid/project
  • Influencing the product design
  • Developing, reviewing, and initiating updates to the Logistic Information Repository (LIR) to ensure its maintenance is in accordance with required standards
  • Monitoring and updating the Obsolescence Risk Register and initiating actions with Engineering
  • Leading the planning and delivery of the Supportability Analysis Programme
Requirements:
  • Previous practical experience in defence logistics/supply chain
  • Effective management of sub-contractors and/or customers
