About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Shropshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each individual.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in residential care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
