The Caledonian Edinburgh is seeking a Linen Attendant

Responsibilities of the Role:
- As a Linen Attendant, you will oversee linen control, documenting any discrepancies
- Adhere to daily work schedules
- Ensure accurate counting of linen and report any variances on the daily control sheet
- Maintain security of linen room keys and the linen room during your shift
- Familiarize yourself with the weekly function sheet to ensure correct stock levels and fulfill requests from the C&B department
- Ensure security protocols for linen service cupboards on guest floors are followed
- Conduct security checks before leaving your shift to ensure all linen chutes and stock cupboards are secured
- Provide courteous assistance to guests, demonstrating excellent customer care and social skills
- Address guest feedback or escalate to senior management as necessary
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management
- Attend training sessions as required by the hotel and department
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
