Job Description

Lead Electronics Engineer - NPI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electronics Engineer to join our team at Edwards Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic solutions for our vacuum pump systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic solutions for vacuum pump systems, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to push the boundaries of new product offerings and guide discussions on feasibility within desired timeframes.
  • Establish close relationships with other disciplines within the team to ensure products meet expected safety, quality, and reliability standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in electronics design, including analogue and high-speed digital principles.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and contribute to the development of technical documentation.
  • Participate in project management activities, including Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Significant knowledge of electronics design principles and experience in applying them to electronics products.
  • Excellent communication and fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Experience working in a global engineering environment and with international teams.
  • Project management experience using Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) frameworks.
