Job Overview

Qed Legal LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to lead our Conveyancing Department. As a senior figure, you will have the opportunity to work with our management board to grow and expand the department, both in revenue and headcount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of conveyancing solicitors and support staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and headcount
  • Work closely with clients to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the management board to drive departmental growth and success

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior conveyancing solicitor or department head
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong business development skills and ability to identify opportunities
