Senior Legal Advisor

Ramboll is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a pivotal role in navigating complex legal landscapes and driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage legal risk across various projects and contracts
  • Negotiate and draft contracts, including construction professional services contracts and other project legal documents
  • Provide commercial and pragmatic legal advice to the Executive Board and project teams
  • Deliver training on legal awareness and provide support to the Legal team's training offering
  • Liaise with other support functions, such as Finance and Commercial Teams, to ensure seamless contract support and advice
Requirements:
  • Legal background with substantial experience advising on complex engineering or construction contracts
  • Strong understanding of contract and construction law, including associated contractual risks
  • Commercial acumen and ability to take a risk-balanced approach
  • Experience in complex construction/consultancy contract drafting/negotiation
