We are a leading manufacturer of innovative products, and we are seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the timely processing of orders for spare parts, ensuring that customers receive the best service. This will involve liaising with customers, both by email and over the telephone, as well as working closely with other departments, including purchasing, production, and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the processing of orders for spare parts, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve any issues or queries they may have.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that customers receive the best service.
  • Use MS Excel, MRP/ERP systems, and online portals to manage and track orders.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in a manufacturing or engineering company.
  • Ability to read technical specifications and understand assembly drawings.
  • Good eye for detail and understanding of the spare parts process.
  • Experience with Bills of Materials and Parts Lists.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
